Integrated high-speed laser cladding head for inner holes and outer surface

adopting a three channel (inner) and four channel (outer) side axis pneumatic powder feeding structure. The laser cladding head is composed of a laser channel, a cooling channel, a protective gas channel, and a powder feeding channel.

Reflective laser cladding head


This cladding head adopts a direct water-cooled copper mirror, which ensures a constant mirror temperature through direct water cooling at the back of the mirror surface. It can effectively reduce the focus shift caused by the thermal lens effect, thereby achieving long-term and stable processing. In cladding applications, different product types can be processed by combining the optical path with different nozzles.
